Safelink is a Federal Program funded by cell phone taxes and tracfone. This program goes against the wishes of the American People.
This program costs about at least $70.00 per recipient of Federal Programs for the low income, Social Security Retirement, and Social Security Disability. This program is a bunch of waste of money.
We the undersigned are asking both the US House of Representatives and US Senate to repeal the Safelink Program for the next available Fiscal Year and those who already that have cell phones in this program will after their minutes expire have to buy new minutes upon repeal.
Those who already don't have a Cell Phone under the Safelink at time of repeal will not be eligible.
