We need to make a stand to allow Fathers to be heard.
Too many fathers are being denied the right to raise their children. Anyone can be a mother, but that does not entitle the mother to sole custody when the father voices concerns and has proof that his concerns are real.
We, the undersigned, call upon the Commonwealth of Virginia to enforce laws regarding Custody Cases, to have the Child Protective Services Office take concerns seriously and not wait until it is too late to investigate concerns. For the Commonwealth to realize Fathers are parents too.
When serious concerns are raised and proof is given to back up those concerns, listen and take action.
