This petition is to protect the Island of Kauai, from the abuse of government funding to new residents of Kauai.
New residents of Kauai MUST reside on Kauai for at least 6 months before applying for government assistance, and to pass a drug test to accept these funds.
We the residents of Kauai and Visitors of Kauai call on State of Hawaii and County of Kauai to address the massive abuse of local tax payers' money given to new residents of Kauai.
There must be a 6 month waiting period for new residents to receive any government assistance and they must pass a drug test to receive assistance.
This law may deter any person thinking of moving to Kauai and becoming one of the thousands of low life's that have saturated this beautiful island called Kaua'i.
