There is an enormous development about to go up on 321 Main Rd in Observatory. Please help us to object as an "Interested and Affected Party" (IAP) and sign this petition. One easy step to protect our neighbourhood. Thank you.
We, the undersigned, call on the City of Cape Town, the Heritage Council and FJWK developers, to present acceptable plans that have the scale of the new developed buildings in relation to the Victorian houses in Milton and Lytton in mind which are in a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone .
We also request an acceptable traffic solution that offers a viable way to keep the Milton-Main Rd intersection an open gateway into Obs.
