30-Day Notice to Vacate the White House

Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. (aka Barry Soetoro, et al), is the son of Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. The elder Obama was born in the year, 1936 in what is now Mombasa, Kenya (from 1895 to 12 December 1963, Kenya was under British Rule). Since his birth, 4 August 1961, Mr. Obama/Soetoro, has maintained a status of "Dual Citizenship" (a British Subject from his biological father and American from his biological mother). According to Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States are as follows:

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

While there has been much debate and discussion as to the meaning of "a natural born Citizen" it is widely recognized and agreed upon that BOTH parents of the President of the United States of America be American Citizens, born on American soil. The last President to be covered by the "Grandfather Clause" was #9 - William Henry Harrison - born in VA, 1773.

"We the People" DEMAND that the individual residing in OUR White House, located at: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC 20500 and acting as the President of these United States of America be Constitutionally eligible to do so. Clearly, as stated above, the current resident does NOT meet the aforementioned criteria. It is for that reason that Barack Hussein Obama (aka Barry Soetoro, et al), all members of his family and staff vacate these premises on, or before, the date listed below.

It is IMPERATIVE that "We the People" RECLAIM the property located at 1600 Pensylvania Avenue, Washington, DC 20500 so that we may provide for and protect ourselves and our families. It is the WILL of "We the People" to remove the current resident/regime that is bringing chaos and destruction to our Republic and return her to the place in the World that she deserves. The words of wisdom that follow are from the "Declaration of Independence" - 4 July 1776:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
