People are commuting further to find work, taxes are rising as is everything else. People are struggling to pay for the cost of child care as well as struggling to find time for their families or themselfs.
Depression and anxiety rates, fatigue and obesity is extremely high in this country.
An extra Day off to allow people to spend time with their families, rest and therefore be more motivated to be active and lead healthier, more constructive life styles. Normal business hours will increase for traders.

I sign this petition because I agree that a three Day weekend is necessary to increase the physical and mental health of this country, also helping to boost the economy by giving people more time to spend!
