14th Ammendment Violations in AK

I have 2 children in custody with OCS I have filed a Federal Civil Suit in ANC and have been advised to ammend it to contest my 14th Anmendment being violated where I have the right to live without governmental interferance.

In 2014, my daughter was taken into custody because I was a victim if DV and sexual assualt. I prosecuted the father of ehim my daughter was exposed to this horrible acts of violence against me, infused with beaten and sexually assualted I was also drugged by this perpetrator. This is hiw my daughter was taken into custody. I spent 2 yrs adhering to my case plan and made substantial progress in change and was to reunite.

In 2015, I had my third child, a son, who was attempted to be removed yet OCS had no probable cause, and in 2016, i was subjected to a violation of my 4th Ammendment and based on a legal plant in an in closed structure unreachable to anyone, a cannabis plant was found. OCS took emergency petion and removed my son from my care.

Since the removal I have adhered to all case management and have recently discovered OCS has falsified my sons hair follicle test blatantly and on record, yet refuse to allow my children to come home even though there is no imminent danger.

I have all documents to orive their acts of legally kidnapping my children for racqueeterring federal funding by trying to adopt my children out rather than reunite to me and my family.

My father was never contacted to take my daughter and my daughter was human trafficked to south Carolina with a non verified blood relative to the man who abused me.

I need help to get my family whole and out of the clutches of the tryrants of OCS whom no longer is concerned with family services rather than illegally soliciting children to the highest bidder.
