1) Tasered 41 times within a week or so period;
2) Memory loss;
3) Temporary mental incapacitation (most likely psychosis);
4) Three broken ribs;
5) Cuts and abrasions to the facial region (as he was able to "spit blood"); and
6) A punctured lung.

We, the undersigned, are calling for the dismissal of the Police Commissioner, Mr Karl O’Callaghan, and all officers and staff involved in the ‘taser torture’ incident in 2008, at the Perth Watchhouse, in which Kevin John Spratt (DOB: 24/04/69) sustained the following injuries:
Tasered 41 times within a week or so period;
Memory loss;
Temporary mental incapacitation (most likely psychosis);
Broken ribs
Cuts and abrasions to his face (as he was able to "spit blood"); and
A punctured lung.
In signing this petition, we do not support ‘corporate cultures’ fostering attitudes, codes of conduct and abuse in breach of Human Rights. In signing this petition we are in support of Mr Kevin John Spratt and Ms Tayunna Schatkowski, who wish to prevent police torture of any kind in future to the Underdogs of society, and who consider the ‘Taser Torture’ case, ‘THE CASE OF THE PEOPLES’, as well as their own.
