I am writing in hopes that this could change the circumstances for Juan E.Castro. He is a hard working Christian Father of 4 and the sole provider for his family. He has kept the same job for 13 years, pays taxes, owns his own home has custody of his oldest son and has raised him since he was 6months old, taken care of a child who wasn't his for almost 10 years now.
The family is very dependent on him being that he is the only one who works and provides for everything. He has a hearing coming up that could lead to Deportation because he entered over here illegally almost 14 years ago, but he got a lawyer who helped him obtained a green card and after applying for citizenship it was investigated and was denied and now he could face deportation for a mistake he made almost 14 years ago. He has learned our language and tried to live by our laws ever since. He is one of the most Honest, hardworking, and compassionate people you will ever meet.
Everyone makes mistakes but I think everyone should be given a second chance as well.
I am asking that you please give him a second chance. He has a family here that loves him and needs him. If deported that would put hardship on his family who would have to be put on the welfare system to live until they could get on their feet, his son could be placed in foster care system and his children would all be devastated. Please consider his family as well when making your decision.
