If you would like to see Steven Spielberg's 1972 classic TV movie 'Something Evil' released on DVD please give your support here. If we get enough signatures I will submit the petition to CBS and Belford Productions, who are the rights holders. This movie has never been released in any format including VHS, and we think it's about time that a new generation of Spielberg fans are able to finally see it.
There have been many rare 70's and 80's TV movies released on DVD in the last few years, including John Carpenter's 'Someone's Watching Me!' and 'The Night Stalker' and we would like this movie to be given the same treatment. If possible to also include an interview with Steven Spielberg and the remaining cast/ crew if possible.
We, the undersigned, call on CBS/ Belford Productions to release the 1972 Steven Spielberg TV movie 'Something Evil' on DVD. There are too many bootlegs of abysmal quality currently selling on ebay and ioffer.
I know that one seller alone has already made over $2,000 dollars in fake copies, which should rightfully go to the film makers and copyright holders.
Please take into account all we have written and we hope you will consider giving this film the release that it deserves.
