School hours of 8:15am better for working parents and also for any after school activities. 9:15am start time is too late.
This is a petition to bring forward to the meeting slated for January 2011 for information on school boundaries and to set in place the school hours for the new school Lumen Christi.
If the parents do not let their voices be heard the school board will make the decision for us. As working parents, the earlier school time of 8:15am works well, also for after school activities. We do not want a late start time of 9:15am that is too late; this may have a large financial strain on parents. They possibly would have to incur both before/afterschool care costs.
So please sign this petition and if need be it will be presented at the meeting which will take place in January 2011.
