Gamu Nhengu, a recent auditionee on ITV's The X Factor, her mother and brothers are facing deportation to Zimbabwe due to a clear breach of immigration rules.
We believe that the initial decision made by the UK Border Agency to be the correct one and do not think they should be swayed by the opinions of a small public minority. Law-breakers should not be granted immunity from prosecution on the grounds of singing talent.
This is not a racist petition and names should not be added for racist reasons.
We the undersigned, call upon the UK Border Agency, Home Office and Prime Minister to implement the deportation of Gamu Nhengu, her family and any other asylum seeker who breaks immigration rules.
