Dance class has been in the Pedro Menendez School curriculum for a good amount of time. It has encouraged students to express themselves through movement and music. Dance is an art. It teaches students how to be open with ourselves and have fun while learning the art of dance.
Miss Pam, the dance teacher, is one of many students that attend Pedro Menendez High School's hero. She has inspired more people to join dance class and also encouraged them to try out for the dance team. The budget cuts have made it hard to operate the dance class, but it has also made it hard to operate all the classes. So why cut the dance class off. What is the difference between cutting back on guitar class, or ceramics?
Dance class is as consequential as any other elective. DON’T LET GO OF DANCE CLASS AND MISS PAM!
Please sign this petition as a statement to the Pedro Menendez administration to not let the dance class disappear in the dust. Let there be dance class and let there be Miss Pam. Sign and there WILL be dance class!
