Auto Manufacturers Should Make Vehicles Safe in the Event of Underwater Submersion

In the event a vehicle becomes submerged underwater, vehicles should have an automatic release of the windows or doors and seat belts so that the occupants of the vehicle have a fighting chance of getting to air before it's too late.

For example, most vehicles made these days have a release button in the trunk (in case someone is locked in the trunk, this button allows them to release the trunk). This same sort of idea ought to be implemented for windows/doors/seat belts to release in the case of underwater submersion. If this idea is implemented, it might save lives.
