I’m sorry to have to tell you the Popkum Motorcycle Ranch (PMR) is not going to open our off-road training, camping, and motorcycle & ATV riding facility on March 13th as planned.

We thank all who showed support for PMR and voiced disdain at the way government officials turn a blind eye when wrongs are done by Indian Bands.

This is a new petition to tell the Government, INAC and the RCMP to “do what’s right, make everyone live by the same laws”.

Our vision of a family oriented Motorcycle & ATV riding facility in Chilliwack, BC with training and all of the full services contained in our business plan will be lost.

The Popkum Indian Band is denying us access to the land, and is replacing PMR (Larry and Roberta Jordan), with another entity called the Popkum Motorcycle PARK. We would ask that no one support this interloper business.

It appears the Popkum believe they can take advantage of our investment and our business plan and run a business based on our vision. They have even confiscated our personal as well as corporate possessions.

We the undersigned want the Canadian Government to enact Legislation to ensure that Native Indians must abide by the same rules-of-law that all other Canadians live by.

Stop giving Indian Bands special treatment. The time has come for all Canadians to live by the same laws.
