Rising fuel costs are affecting concerned citizens of Roxas City. More so of the impact it also creates for pollution to the environment caused by higher fuel consumption. The One-way city traffic ordinance was created to ease up traffic congestion especially during office hours.
This petition is for the City Government to allow for the amendment of this ordinance, to allow motorists to use Roxas Avenue into a Two-way Street during off-peak traffic days, such as Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays where businesses are normally closed.
Let us take a step in caring for the environment.Not only can we save our precious planet but also save on our expenses.
