We the residents of hearthwood farms would like to petition the association into looking further into issues within the association maintenance.
specifically Dryer vent maintenance, upkeep and resolving performance issues wherin. Residences that have signed the petition state that with regular maintenance and upkeep of their units dryer systems, no resolution has been made in the performance and safety issues of their units drier vent systems.
We the residents petition the association to take further action in regards to resolving the matter.
We the Undersigned residents of hearthwood farms are petitioning that the association prove proof that the dryer vent systems have been maintained, as well providing assistance in resolving the issue of all dryer vent systems within the units of hearthwood farms.
