Michael Williams was killed in February 2006 by a drug addict called Steven Stone with a long history of offences ranging from dishonesty and theft to violence, 29 offences in total.
During the day of his death, Michael was attacked and beaten up by Stone and 3 accomplices. Stone returned later that night to "finish" off what he started. Steven Stone pleaded guilty to manslaughter and affray, and WHILE MICHAEL LAY UNCONSCIOUS AND DYING, HE STOOD OVER HIM AND LAUGHED. YES-HE LAUGHED. SUB HUMAN SCUM IS THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE THAT.
HE RECEIVED 3 YEARS AS A SENTENCE - 3 YEARS!!!! HE WILL THEN BR RELEASED NEXT YEAR. Michael died leaving a partner Tara aged 23 and 2 young children Shannon aged 3 and Lennon aged 2. DID YOU KNOW THAT ANY SENTENCE IN THE UK THAT IS FIVE YEARS OR UNDER - THE CONVICT ONLY DOES HALF THE SENTENCE?
WHAT'S THE POINT?
We are campaigning to the Attorney General to look at this case and get Stone sentenced to longer. He took a life, he deserves life. We have begun the "Justice For Mike" Campaign and set up the website www.freewebs.com/justiceformike to help us.
