Well, what happened was, Erika was telling Disco how she liked how "simple" the little icons were, and how they captured a person in such a cute way. He somehow thought that she meant she didn't like them and thought they were stupid. Therefore, he never made her one. Why should Erika suffer because Disco doesn't understand?
