Theodore Herzl, in the hes Time, called the guaranteed Jewish majority as necessary condition for the creation of a Jewish state.
Since the Jewish majority in the Western Eretz Yisrael wich not guaranteed by law, it turns out that according to Herzl, we have not yet created the Jewish state, but - we do not even have the most crucial prerequisite for it.
Of course, we are not fanatics, for example, to call, as some European nationalists do, to the forced sterilization of muslim women, and already - suffering from violence in families. You will never hear it from us!!! Unless, in the form of their condemnation!
However, inaction to death is like!
Cases of neglect of the right of the Jewish state to exist and, accordingly, the right of the Jewish people to self-determination began to take the form of circular fun, in which even Knesset members consider it normal to take part in such provocations. Not to mention the activists of B'Tselem, V15, Shovrei-shtika and so on.
And this, - not only the desecration of the Independence Day, which for unknowing reason became part of everyday life. This is and provocative false interviews, denying the Holocaust, slandering the IDF, substituting for the insidious fabrication facts of our history. This is the same - and theft of classified information (we do not exclude, among other things, the connection with the frequent cases of theft of weapons and the last abduction of IDF soldiers).
WE DO NOT HAVE THE MENTAL RIGHT TO LEAVE CRIMINAL ELEMENTS IN THE AUTHORITY !!! And EVEN, if someone thinks that this is not just terrorists and not mafia, but only a group of risks ... !!!
As a solution to the problem, we propose - even, we might say - demand - LEGALLY GUARANTEE JEWISH MOST OF ALL SOCIAL AND POLITICAL ORGANIZATIONS.
This can be achieved by a legal requirement to all social and political movements, especially to political parties that have a list structure, as well as in the governing bodies of party movements, the Jewish majority. The Israeli parties and public organizations that do not have a Jewish majority should be banned, respectively.
It is important to note that, although this initiative is the direct opposite of the policy of discriminating Jews against the judiciary and government bodies;
All at the same time - the law does not deprive non-Jews of civil rights, incl. - and suffrage.
Therefore, non-Jews, as before, will have the opportunity to be elected and elected to the Knesset, but only in the parties of the Jewish majority. However, they will be subordinated, include and the discipline of the Zionist parties.
Moreover, those of them who want to turn to the services of a human rights organization in which the majority of non-Jews - will remain such an opportunity. But, - it will now be only an international organization located outside Israel. And cooperation with it will be possible only in the framework of international legislation.
Patently, our request is completely legitimate and, moreover, it is urgent. Therefore, We, all of us, who are below signatories, urge the Government of Israel, the Coalition, the deputies of all the Knesset's Zionist parties to accept our initiative ON LEGISLATIVE GUARANTEE OF JEWISH MOST OF ALL SOCIAL AND POLITICAL ORGANIZATIONS, and also to judges of the Supreme Court and the Legal Counsel of the Government, as soon as possible Terms and with all the heart to approve this popular, and hence democratic, initiative.
