Not only was his victim underage, he was also considered a vulnerable child, whom he gained access to by threats and violence.
We the undersigned residents of Hastings, MN call on the city council, or whomever has the authority to immediately deny housing to Michael Deon Harris.
We as a community feel that this type of offender is not welcome in our community. For the safety and security of all whom lawfully abide by moral, ethical, and legal standards in this community, we respectfully request action is taken immediately in the denial of Mr. Harris's intent to reside in Hastings, MN.
