Background (Preamble):
July 5, 2011 Casey Anthony was acquitted of all major charges against her in the death of her daughter Caylee Anthony that went missing in June 2008. Caylee Anthony was not found until December of 2008. Since the acquittal there have been jurors that are requesting large amounts of money for interviews or any information that they are willing to provide.
This was a tragic, heartbreaking case that should not be exploited for personal gain. The jurors were chosen to serve justice not make a quick buck.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the United States Government to stop the jurors in the Anthony case and cases to come from financially profiting by requesting money for interviews or opinions. The jury was chosen to serve justice not profit from the case.
The jury should not be entitled to request money for their thoughts on the case. The jury should not be able to request money for an explanation of the final verdict. It should be against the law to exploit a case for personal financial gain in such a way.
