Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day declared last week that the PC government has decided to stop requesting clemency for Canadians on death row in the U.S.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Stephen Harper government to reverse its decision of Nov 1 and declare to the world that CANADA opposes the death penalty assigned to any Canadian citizen regardless of where the crime was perpetrated .
