Background (Preamble):
THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF ANIMALS PUT TO SLEEP EVERY DAY FOR NO REASON AT ALL. THEY JUST DONT HAVE ANY ROOM FOR THEM ANYMORE AT SHELTERS. I THINK THAT THIS NEEDS TO END AND SOON. I AM GOING TO MAKE A PET HAVEN ON 40 ACRES OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I NEED PEOPLE TO JOIN ME IN MY CAUSE. I NEED PEOPLE TO REALIZE WHAT IS GOING ON AND IF I CAN GET PEOPLE TO SIGN MY PETITION MAYBE I CAN GET A GRANT FROM THE GOVERNMENT.

WE THE PEOPLE THAT SIGN THIS PETITION BELIEVE IN NO KILL SHELTERS AND BELIEVE ANIMALS HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE. WE NEED MORE PET HAVENS.
