Since locating to 51 Marl Drive, Ms Edwards has caused nothing but suffering for the residents on Marl Drive. From general domestic disputes with family and her friends at all hours of the day, to police raids and teenagers boasting of drug abuse.
Most recently activities on Marl Drive have been graffiti, vandalism of vehicles and a string of abuse at other residents.
We, the undersigned, call on the Conwy County Borough Council Housing department to finally take full responsibility for the actions of their tenant Ms Edwards who resides at 51 Marl Drive and admit to breaches in her tenancy agreement.
