Background (Preamble):
On Wednesday, February 21, 2007, it was reported by the Wall Street Journal that a spin-off to ABC's hit show Grey's Anatomy was currently in the works. We're a petition against the untitled, in-the-works pilot of such spin-off (seriously!) that is set to air in May starring Kate Walsh aka Addison.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, ask of both ABC and Shonda Rhimes not to go forward with the potential, untitled Grey's Anatomy spin-off starring Kate Walsh. We understand that writing for so many characters on Grey's Anatomy is difficult, but with Grey's Anatomy being at its prime for all the characters right now, we believe a spin-off this year would not be the best phase for Anatomy to take. Again, we urge of you to please halt any means of a spin-off of this compelling show. Having a spin-off will only confuse viewers and make the original show awkaed to watch (seriously!).
