Safer Community Against Registered SexOffenders (SCARS)

We, the undersigned call to eliminate any registered sex offender regardless of parole status from volunteering at any elementary, middle, high school or child care facilities, including off site activities even if he/she has a child enrolled and requiring all Registered Sex Offenders to notify local schools that he/she is a Registered Sex Offender.

We, FURTHER demand that current law be changed to require residency requirements from a school/child care facility be measured by property lines and not by resident/school addresses.

Additionally, we demand that the legislature mandate the department of corrections, perform unannounced search and seizure and interview surrounding residence of unusual activity.
