멸종 위기에 처한 고래를 구합시다

우리 한국인은 동물 애호에 지대한 관심을 갖고 있으며, 정부가 일본을 위시한 몇몇 나라들의 고래 남획에 동조하여 왔던 데 심각한 우려를 표명하는 바이다. 우리는 정부가 고래를 비롯하여 불필요하게 고통받고 있는 동물들에 관심을 갖기를 바란다. 우리는 대한 민국 정부가 고래 보호를 주장하는 나라들 대열에 동참하여야 함은 물론, 상업적 고래잡이 금지를 없애려는 안에 반대할 것과 희귀종인 고래 보호 법안에 동참할 것을 강력히 촉구하는 바이다.
