Background (Preamble):
We are fighting industrial wind turbines in Lake Ontario, and all the Great Lakes, which represents 20% of the world's remaining fresh water supply.
There are serious and well-established health concerns, environmental concerns (this is a major migratory route), and obvious fiscal irresponsibility involved.

Petition:
We the undersigned demand a moratorium on the development of huge industrial turbines forty stories tall in Lake Ontario and in all the Great Lakes.
Health effects must be further studied, as evidenced by the legal action of a Full Judicial Review, recently called on in Ontario.
