Restrict Islam and it's access to technology and the outside world

Background (Preamble):
Islam is not only a religion, it is also a form of government that denies personal freedoms and cannot co-exist with non-muslims if it is followed in it's true form.
There are other religions that also have rules prohibiting personal freedoms and the forced conversion of others (or death)...however, those religions and its followers have matured to the point of keeping their inner faith while the ceremonies and basic restrictions are held as nothing more than ceremonial in nature.
Islam has not matured to that point. Most of it's followers are adhearing stricly to the whole concept.
As a society, they also never matured from the 'warring tribes' mentality. They managed to advance mathmatics and astronomy while the rest of the world was in the Dark Ages, but have since regressed to pre-dark ages thinking. They have not matured to actually develop new technology--instead they use other peoples technology and hire outsiders to maintain it. Even the Iranian locally-designed fighter jet is nothing more than modified plans for the American F-18.
They have no decent secondary schooling as can be proven on how they all send their kids to the west for education.
War: Currently, every major conflict in the world is either instigated by - or - in response to muslims. This is not an opinion. This is a fact. And many unstable places or conflicts we hear about involve Muslims as MUSLIMS ,not just as people on a side who happen to be Muslim.

Petition:
We, the Undersigned, call on the governments of the world to recognize the clear and present danger that Islam poses to all of humankind.
This recognition should be expressed in the confinement of all muslims to those Middle Eastern and Northern African territories as are historically muslim with the exception of those oil resources that were initially discovered and developed by non-arab interests.
No technology or technical instruction shall pass to them unless it is dated at 1975 or before. This includes medical knowledge. All communications amongst with the outside world shall be by no other means than analog voice. The only advancment of technology must be done on their own with their own resources.
All the countries of the world will take part in a military guard to enforce this and to prohibit any single muslim leaves the area. They will also ensure that no nation or party interfears with any activity inside their boundaries--up to and including the mass murdering of one group by another. They are on their own.
