Tenants of 296 Schaffer st. are being harassed and made uncomfortable in their adjoining apartments b/c the tenant Zallery and her boyfriend have been playing music on their stereo at an excessively loud voulume and almost every night.
The tenants also proceed to let others in the building as they drink and smoke in the staircase and hallways, the Zallery's boyfriend destroys the property looking for a way to enter the building, has sex on the roof and has broken into the basement. He is also consistently rude when asked to turn down the music.
In order to get peace and quiet which is due to each tenant, I am asking that you sign to inform the landlord that we can no longer endure inconsideration towards tenants and the building itself.
