REQUEST FOR SPEED BUMPS ON 17TH STREET, KEY WEST, FLORIDA

This is a petition to add speed bumps on the 900 block of 17th Street. This street is being used by many vehicles who are attepting to access the Boulevard. As many of us have witnessed, many drivers are focusing on quickly getting onto or off of the Boulevard. They are not taking responsiblity to slow down in this family oriented neighborhood, even though there is a "SLOW Children At Play" sign posted.

We have 4 children who live on this street and there are many other children in this neighborhood. We feel it is our duty to take every precaution for the safety of our children but we need your help. We hope you will agree that the addition of speed bumps on this street will considerably add to their safety. Please help protect our children's lives by signing this petition.
