Residents where left with out heat, electricity and hot water from 1a.m. Monday April 16 until 1p.m. Friday April 20. This was caused by they flooding of the electrical room that could have been prevented. The management office would not give a definitive time resolution. With management to answering or disconnecting calls, tenents where forced to call everyday to get updated information on the situations progress.
In addition.with the power be off for that long period of time most of the tenents lost food. Others also had to pay to stay at an alternitive location.
We, the undersigned, call on the brookchester to make adjustments in rent for those five days and some compensation for our inconvenience.
