Background (Preamble):
Since 9/11, concrete barriers (which block a full lane of traffic on each side), have been placed in front of and behind the U.S. embassy in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. These barriers, along with local construction projects have created a serious traffic problem in that area.
The time has come to remove these barriers and allow traffic to flow freely once more.

Please have the concrete barriers blocking the streets in front of and behind the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa removed so that traffic can flow more freely.
