We own units in a condominium. One of our board of directors is not qualified for the job. We would like to remove him from the board. The individual in question harasses people verbally, bosses them, disrespects residents & the building management or staff. People have sold their condominium units because of him.
The owners would like to write a petition to be signed by 51% of the owners in order for this individual to leave the board.
