I was convicted in 1991 for a lewd and Lasciv in presence of child....
I did my time and also was put on probation for years..

I was drunk at the time the crime was committed and I really don't remember doing this..if I had been sober it would have never happened...I am pleading with the court for relief from the sexual offenders list...

As this is very hard for something that I can not even remember doing and also if I had been sober would have never took place... I have since stop drinking which I have done this for 16 years now... I feel that the punishment is harsh and if you look into my case I have been cleaned for years.. I feel that I am not a risk anymore and would like the court to consider my plead...

Please consider that I want to be removed from the Sexual Registry as I have been on it since 10/30/91 and been reporting since 3/26/2001..

I feel that the state should release me from the regristry and pray for relief...
