The Party not in power always talks about term limits, but once in power they do NOTHING towards this much-needed change in DC.
If Congress won't do the right thing, we should have a national referendum on the next national elections (mid-terms in 2014) to demand term limits (two terms) in both the House of Representatives and the Senate be added as a Constitutional Amendment.
We, the undersigned, call on the President of the United States to have a referendum added to the next national elections asking voters if they support two-term limits to all members of Congress (the House and the Senate) be amended to the US Constitution.
