Please sign the petition and write letters to the editor in support of Pastor Hagee. Call in to talk radio shows to protest the media's mischaracterization of this fine man.
We, the undersigned, protest the misrepresentation of Pastor Hagee by some in the media, and want to thank Pastor John Hagee for his lifetime of leadership in combating anti-Semitism and supporting the State of Israel.
His organization, Christians United for Israel (www.cufi.com) is an important effort to unite America's Christians to stand with Israel in these dangerous times.
Friendship does not mean that we agree on every issue, and indeed we have differences of opinion. But these differences do not obscure our recognition that Pastor Hagee is indeed a devoted, sincere friend to the Jewish people.
We encourage Pastor Hagee and Christians United for Israel to continue their important work. We are honored to stand with Pastor Hagee.
It is grossly unfair of the media to misrepresent Pastor Hagee's work and to take his words out of context. We, the undersigned, call on the media to portray Pastor Hagee fairly, and to note his lifetime mission of fighting anti-Semitism and encouraging Christians to love the Jewish people and Israel.
