New Site for Manga and Anime

Background (Preamble):
Well there are less and less sites with manga and anime and some don't have them all.
Petition:
There are people out there who rather prefer anime and manga and some are not readable so I wish for people to sign this to start a website where people can read and watch all the anime and all the manga and it will be updated regularly (but wont get in the way of your watching and reading).
If we all band together a website like this just may be created :)
