In making neutering mandatory it should reduce the amount of unwanted animals that are abused, neglected, euthanized, or dying of preventable diseases each year.

We, the undersigned, want a law that would make the neutering and spaying of household pets mandatory.

If the animal is going to be utilized for breeding then special permits have to be obtained annually. In order to qualify for the permits veterinary authorization must be given providing that the animal is healthy, up to date on its vaccinations, and of age to breed.

This law should reduce the amount of unwanted animals that are abused, neglected, euthanized, or dying of preventable diseases each year.
