Poker is the the number one participatory sport in the world. It is one of the most watched sports on television.
Yet the sport is not recognized by the International Olympic Committee.
Sports that are recognized include: bridge, chess, korfball, tug of war, and many other senseless sports like powerboating.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, believe that the time has come for the International Olympic Committee to recognize The International Poker Federation as the International Federation Association of record for the sport of poker.
We further believe that the IOC should recognize Poker as a sport for the 2012 London Olympic Games.
