Background (Preamble):
I have started this petition due to the speed of vehicles driving past on our road.
I live in Gills Rd, Howick. We have had some bad exsperiences in the past 4 years.
We need to especially make it safe for our kids. We have had 4 accideints in a year and have just found out about many others.
The school is only around the corner and when 3 oclock strikes they seem to speed even more.
This needs to stop NOW. Please support this petition.
