Background (Preamble):
This petition urges all patriotic members of congress to pass a law that mandates the menuization of the Mcrib. No longer will the Mcrib be a temporary item nor will our heartstrings be tugged by their repeated farewell tours.
If congress refuses to address less serious political issues like the need for a national health care system, immigration reform, and an end to the war in Iraq, they could at least focus on the Mcrib which has been ignored by politicians since the end of the Clinton administration.

We, the undersigned, call on the US congress and all other official regualting
bodies of the world to pass an unfunded mandate requiring Mcdonalds to make the
Mcrib a permanent member of the menu.
