The death penalty has killed over 1 million people that is so wrong imagine those 1 million families, children and all the other people who have to live everyday suffering by criminals actions. So who does the death penalty really effect?
Imagine if your husband got the sentence, you have 3 young children under the age of 10 and over $5000 worth of debt, you could only rely on other money sources for a certain period of time. Basically you couldn't run your family or your household. Your children need support and a stable home you wouldn't be able to do that for them. What happens then? You are homeless not enough money for food and your children are growing fast without an education now their lives are ruined to. So do you want this to be how our world works?

New Zealand ended the death penalty for a reason so shouldn't we encourage ending it everywhere?
