Background (Preamble):
It has come to light via the national and local press that Linden Bank Bail Hostel now holds high risk sex offenders and paedophiles. The hostel is located opposite a park, within half a mile of two primary schools, within a mile of two secondary schools and a number of nurseries.
Sandbach is to small of a community to house these sort of high risk offenders and an alarming number of incidents are currently being reported in the area.

We, the undersigned, call on Cheshire East Council to close Linden Bank bail hostel for the safely of all children in Sandbach and surrounding areas.
