On October 1, 2013 Nicoleia Taylor (24) was shot and killed by Corey Brown (21). Even though Nicoleia wasn't Brown's intended target, walking through the projects, on the clock, on her way to the gym had a life snatching price to pay.
Nicoleia who was a single mother of 1 was robbed of her life with no remorse or ownership. This petition is to prevent Brown from being granted any leniency in the court of law.
