Dear MTV,
For years now your network has inched closer and closer to edging out the music and becoming more of a "television show" station. While video may have killed the radio star, Jersey Shore is infecting the world with their VD and other disgusting antics.
It is absurd for people such as the cast of Jersey Shore to be paid such a ridiculous amount of money to glorify unprotected casual sex and drunken debauchery. They are a pathetic example of human beings, and damn sure are NOT the role models I would want my children to follow.
We are respectfully requesting that your network find other shows to air or make your viewers happy and just go back to music videos.
"UPDATE" So I've learned that JS will be cancelled after Season 5 and I hope like hell that that is true. However, bringing in another show similar to it would be just as bad.
I am asking people to sign a petition that will be forwarded to MTV Music Television to request that the show, Jersey Shore and any show like it, never sees the light of day.
Please sign and feel free to leave comments expressing your disgust toward this foul "show". I would like the higher ups of this corporation to understand how the public feels about this nausea inducing group of young adults.
