Background (Preamble):
On September 10th, 2007 an insurance adjuster sent by Axa Pacific Insurance waited around a home after a fire for 8 hours until there were no witnesses and together with another man placed a gas cap from a fuel container in an African Canadian home and got caught while running towards the door by the homeowner. What happened next will shock you to no end!

This petition is being sponsored by Kannara Daniel, an Ordained Spiritual Minister from Vancouver, British Columbia.
There is no excuse for the Insurance company not to honor their obligation to provide Mr. Johnson with the means to protect his home. I have visited Mr. Johnson's home and have been appalled by the living conditions Mr. Johnson has had to suffer. He has survived through two winters without heat or electricity in order to save his home. I support this petition fully and hope you will too.
This should not be allowed to happen in Canada.
When you sign, you will not be contacted by anyone as your signature is only for a show of support against Insurance Companies denying claims to the insured.
