INDIAN GOVT THROUGH A HINDU WAS BEHIND 9/11

Background (Preamble):
A. "In view of the fact that both the National and International Security stand seriously endangered as with the shocking release of Peter Bleach in the Purulia Arms dropping case [Mentioned in the main Memorial in details and for Late Mr. KR Malkani came to my house to learn the facts which he ignored,strangely enough] the Hon'ble Court is requested to take extremely stringent action be taken and Direct the Army Intelligence to arrest the respondent and his accomplices and subject them to grueling interrogation so that they can be prosecuted by appropriate civilian authorities.
B. The Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass orders as may deem fit and proper on the CMP No.1713 of 2004. The respondent did not file any counteraffidavit which I the petitioner know of till this day viz 28th July,2004.
C. The obvious game plan of the respondent, a key member of the Atomic Energy Commission and his cohorts is to somehow by hook or crook commit me the petitioner to a lunatic asylum as elaborated in Annexure P35[Letter to the Director CBI so that not only the CBI case is permanently closed as the Director CBI shall probably narrate correctly if he is summoned to this Hon'ble Court] mainly to ensure that the respondent and his accomplices be free to get kickbacks from the Uranium Smuggling Mafias with the respondent being in the Atomic Energy Commission and as well ensure that kickbacks from other Global Crime Circles can carry on smoothly and hence their desperation to get this case dismissed on the basis of their shockingly perjurious statements. Military intelligence be directed to arrest the concerned respondent and his accomplices in view of the gravity of the matter [with civilian police being mostly corrupt] and subject them to grueling interrogation about their possible nexus with Al Qeida and their probable involvement in 9/11 incidents in USA of which sufficient evidence is available.[Annexure P50].
The Hon'ble Court be pleased to admit this writ or be pleased to:
OR Pass any such order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in view of Central government's involvement in this sinister case.

Patna: The al-Qaeda may now be trying to develop crude atomic bombs or weaponry of low intensity with the uranium excavated from the Jaduguda mines of Jharkhand by smuggling it to Nepal and Bangladesh from this country through Bihar-Jharkhand-West Bengal conduits.
The two sensational developments earlier this year seizure of uranium from a pro al-Qaeda outfit in Bangladesh and theft of radio-active equipment from the steel major TISCO's well guarded plant in Jamshedpur make this highly possible.
Nepal, which shares a common international frontier with lawless Bihar, has been acting as the main grey market of smuggled Indian uranium for over 11 years. The chances of al-Qaeda procuring uranium from India are quite high.
Bangladesh, which is situated near Bihar, has illegal migrants frequently infiltrating into the state. Thus the chances of this state being used in the "uranium route" by al-Qaeda cannot be ruled out. The Bihar police had sounded an alert after the two incidents.
The seizure of a "football sized lump of uranium of 225 grams" of Jaduguda origin from four arrested militants of Jamait-ul -Mujahideen (JuM) in Patnitala, Bangladesh, earlier this year, increases chances of secret efforts to develop crude atomic weaponry. JuM is a pro-al-Qaeda outfit.
Bangladesh told India of the seizure of uranium "from two Indians from West Bengal," and also put up the news on its website, making it known to all that al-Qaeda was building nuclear weapons.
The website also branded the JuM (whose 17 militants were nabbed by Bangladesh in a span of 90 days beginning in March-April, 2003) as the front organisation of the al-Qaeda.
Audio and video-cassettes of Bin Laden were recovered from them. Just a month after the uranium seizure in Patnitala, three sophisticated Nucleonic Level Gauge of German make were stolen from the strong room of TISCO's research and development chamber in Jamshedpur.
Though, the Jharkhand police started massive hunts in West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand, it wasn't recovered. Al-Qaeda may have chosen Bangladesh or Nepal as its centres to develop nuclear weapons as the CIA is less active in the countries.

Not only I haven't seen this in the US main media, but I haven't seen the previous two incidents they are referring to. ( I also didn't see the AQ threat against the US, which was picked up by the Australian press as front page news from a Saudi paper, but not reported in US media Al-Qaeda planning US 'death blow' )
It seems to me that the US mainstream media is under reporting our successes in Iraq, our successes against Al Qaeda and the still existing AQ threat, in favor of making a big deal of a "Mission Accomplished" banner and constant harping on every bad news they can amplify from Iraq.
My bet is that it's deliberate, to try to hurt Bush's chances for re-election. Both the successes and the fact that the threat still exists would tend to make people feel that Bush is the man for the job, so the media is waging a deliberate campaign of not reporting or minimally reporting news, which would make people more likely to reelect Bush.

Do some calculations: Uran is about 1.6 times more dense than lead, 1 cubic centimeter is about 19 g, thus 225 g is about 11.8 cubic centimeters that corresponds to a 1.4 centimeter radius sphere. If this is football size then the players are the size of rats. No, this article can not be trusted ;-)

I think the AQ dirty bomb is likely to happen within a few years. AQ will most likely test it outside of the states for their first strike. Somewhere in Indionesia would be my swag. To much low grade Uranium available in the public sector, it just makes sense. -m-

The strange thing is that they write "football sized". I calculated as if it was pure Uranium, perhaps it was yellow cake.

"football sized" and 225 g!
I calculated as if it was pure Uranium, perhaps it was yellow cake as it was from Jaduguda. However, I do not think that the persons that arrested the smugglers analyzed the content and recalculated it as pure U. Even if that is the case the volume is not much bigger than I calculated.
Note: Yellow cake is ammonium diuranate crystals, ammoniumuranyltricarbonate, monocarbonate and poliuranates of variable proportions. It is noncombustible, nontoxic, poorly soluble in water and displays a weak radioactivity. It is not dangerous!
BTW non-enriched Uranium is not hazardous either. Perhaps the schoolboy that you referred to should go back to chemistry class.

TO FBI: AS the Courts and the government are hell bent on dismissing the Writ for hushing up terrorist attacks on USA and other places and even on admission [which seems impossible] the matter will be handed over to Civilian agencies for hushing up an extremely embarrassing and culpably criminal actions of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Comrade and a de fact Prime Minister viz the Italian woman and Sonia Maino Gandhi[wife of assassinated Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi], it is again requested that the American government exert the maximum possible pressure on Indian Govt, through the Chief Justice of India and Chief Justice of Delhi High Court to get the culprits interrogated by the impartial Military Intelligence alongwith a high powered team of the FBI in a country where Third degree methods are allowed unlike USA.
It might be mentioned the Criminal History sheeter Laloo Yadav[Supposed to be close friend of Bin Laden] and the Railway Minister is at large with Sonia Maino and her Italian Mafias blessings .
I'm risking my life for getting to the bottom of the whole thing and I expect America will do the needful for digging out the missing links which I have so assiduously complied.

Petition:
Please sign the petition and circulate it widely and spam Indian government emails and faxes with complaints. The emails/Faxes are on the websites of the Prime Minister/Home Minister and the President of India. The matter should not be hushed up.
