Acknowledging the fact that all humans are born into a random place by a random set of parents, we want to end the arbitrary and discriminatory practice of granting citizenship based on where you were born, or what nation states you parents are citizens of.

As common sense, physical evidence and several important world religions suggest, life begins before the moment of birth. Furthermore, ethnical heritage is an illusion as we are one single species that moved around quite a bit since we appeared.

We therefore call to use the closest moment to that beginning of life as a better indicator for citizenship: the moment of conception, about 9 months before birth. All governments should change their rules to grant citizenship to those conceived within their borders.

We demand a change to the arbitrary and discriminatory practice of attributing citizenship based on place of birth or heritage. Instead, we demand to attribute initial citizenship solely on the base of the nation state a human being was conceived in by their parents, not the nation state where they were eventually born in. In official documentation such as passports, "conceived" shall replace the meaningless "born".
